My Special Operations series – must reads

During my tour events readers, teachers and librarians unfamiliar with some of my books often ask about my Special Operations series – especially lads once they’ve heard some of the amazing true stories that inspired me to write them. Usually I don’t have time to describe them in a lot of detail – but I do try to give a flavour by saying that if they enjoyed Higson’s Young Bond, Horowitz’s Alex Rider books, or Muchamore’s Cherub/Henderson’s Boys series, then they’ll probably like Special Ops – and I think this at least gives an indication.
